Washly Service Policies

This page merges Washly terms with the current policies listed on washly.net/policies (updated May 5, 2025). By using Washly, you agree to these service conditions.

1. Minimum Order & Delivery Fee

A minimum order of $25 is required for free pickup and delivery. Orders below the minimum are subject to a $6.99 delivery fee.

2. Pickup & Delivery Timing

If you cannot be available during a scheduled pickup or delivery window, notify Washly at least 1 hour in advance so the order can be moved to the next available slot.

3. Sunday Service

Sunday service is pickup only. Deliveries are not available on Sundays.

4. Existing Stains & Item Condition

Customers should report any existing hard stains or special issues before processing. This helps Washly provide a better estimate for both pricing and delivery timeline.

5. Cleaning Partner Quality

Washly uses a vetting process for cleaning partners and works with providers focused on quality garment care.

6. Items With Bleeding or Damage Risk

If an item may damage other garments (for example, color bleeding), Washly may contact you before processing. This may result in a price increase and/or longer turnaround.

7. Items Returned Uncleaned

If Washly believes an item cannot be safely cleaned, or that cleaning could cause further damage, Washly may return the item uncleaned after contacting you.

8. Rare Damage Events & Compensation

In rare cases where Washly damages an item, Washly will first attempt repair or restoration. If that is not possible, Washly will provide fair compensation.
